Our Company Achieves ISO 14001 Environmental Management Certification and Completes Smart Production Line Upgrade

We are proud to announce that our company has successfully obtained ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification, signifying that our green manufacturing and environmental management capabilities have reached international standards. This milestone follows our earlier ISO 9001 Quality Management System and CE certifications, marking another important step in our journey toward management excellence.

Commitment to Green Manufacturing

The ISO 14001 certification audit covered the entire chain, from raw material procurement and production processes to waste treatment and product delivery. The audit team highly commended our dust recovery system, wastewater recycling facilities, and low-energy production processes. This certification aligns with our long-standing philosophy of “empowering sustainable construction with green building materials” and provides authoritative endorsement for overseas customers selecting qualified suppliers.

Smart Production Line Upgrade Completed

Simultaneously, our automated production line upgrade project, with an investment of approximately RMB 8 million, has officially commenced operation. The new line integrates an intelligent batching system, automatic slurry forming equipment, and robotic palletizing and packaging systems, increasing single-line daily output by approximately 35%, controlling dimensional accuracy within ±0.3mm, and reducing defect rates to below 0.5%.

This upgrade particularly enhances the flatness and consistency of large-format boards (1220mm×2440mm and above), ensuring uniform standards across bulk orders and better meeting the stringent homogeneity requirements of large-scale engineering projects.

Our monthly production capacity has now reached 800,000 square meters, with lead times for standard specification orders shortened to 15–20 days.
